01 General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how sole proprietor Semyon Alexandrovich Chelmakin (sole proprietor registration number (OGRNIP): 323745600150310; taxpayer ID (INN): 741516794748), the operator of creator, collects, uses and protects users’ personal data.

• Your phone number and payment or bank details, if you provide them for payouts
• Payment data: transaction number, amount and status
• IP address, user-agent and technical request data
• Information about platform activity: releases, support requests, verification and payouts

Your data are used exclusively for:

• Account registration and identification
• Processing payments
• Sending release status notifications
• Technical support
• Improving the service

04 Sharing data with third parties

Your data may be shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• With streaming platforms, to the extent necessary to publish a release (artist name and track title)
• With payment systems, to process transactions
• With government authorities, in response to a lawful request

05 Data storage and security

Your data are stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, as required by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Data are retained for the lifetime of the account and for 3 years after its deletion, unless the law requires a longer retention period for specific information. For example, payment data and fiscal documents are retained as required by Federal Law No. 54-FZ and Russian tax law.

We use organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:

• Transmitting data only over secure connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Storing passwords in an irreversible form (hashing)
• Access controls: only the operator has access to data, and authorization of actions is logged
• Bank card payment data are processed by the payment provider, YooKassa, and are not stored on our servers
• Regular software updates and security audits

06 Your rights

You have the right to:

• Receive information about your stored data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data, except information the operator must retain by law, such as payment data and fiscal documents under Federal Law No. 54-FZ and tax law. Such information is blocked and retained only to the extent and for the periods required by law
• Withdraw your consent to data processing

07 Cookies and analytics services

The site uses cookies for essential functions, including authentication, theme settings and protection against forged requests, and to collect anonymized traffic statistics.

We use third-party analytics services to analyze site use and assess advertising performance:

• Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia): visit statistics, referral sources, click maps and session recordings (Webvisor). Yandex privacy policy
• Top.Mail.Ru (VK, Russia): visit statistics and advertising campaign performance
